Universities have been seeking ways to offer students who do not meet the entry criteria for a postgraduate program. Hence, an extended masters programme has been offered.
An Extended Masters Route is an integration of pre-masters & a direct masters. 3rd class graduates are automatically enrolled for a direct masters programme immediately after undergoing a pre-masters course. The postgraduate programme usually lasts for 15 months.
You will be required to complete a 3 month graduate certification, thus providing you with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to pursue a postgraduate degree which lasts for 12 months.
